Liao Yixian, a co-founder of Super Micro Computer, along with two other individuals, has been indicted on charges of illegally transferring U.S.-manufactured servers equipped with NVIDIA AI chips, valued at approximately $2.5 billion, to foreign entities. Super Micro Computer has placed the individuals involved on administrative leave.
