Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited announced board changes effective 23 March 2026. Executive Director Xu Jinbo has been elevated to Chairman while maintaining his directorship, and Wang Bo has joined the board as an Executive Director.
Xu Jinbo’s annual remuneration remains at RMB0.34 million. He holds no shares or underlying shares in the company or its associated corporations under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Wang Bo, aged 47, brings 24 years of international trade experience. Since 2010 he has served at Ningbo Lisi Household Products Company Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, overseeing overseas market expansion, key-customer development, and international business operations. Wang has signed a three-year service agreement commencing 23 March 2026, automatically renewable for successive three-year terms. He will receive RMB0.24 million per annum and a discretionary bonus from the subsidiary; no additional remuneration is attached to his directorship.
In accordance with the company’s bye-laws, Wang will retire and be eligible for re-election at the next annual general meeting. The company confirmed he has no share interests, no relationships with substantial shareholders or directors, and no recent public directorships elsewhere.
The board expressed its welcome to both executives on their new appointments.
