NetEase Music (09899) Repurchases 113,300 Shares for HKD 15.00 Million; Treasury Stock Increases to 2.62 Million

NetEase Cloud Music Inc. (09899) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 19 March 2026, detailing the latest movement in its share capital.

The company bought back 113,300 ordinary shares on 19 March 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HKD 130.00 and HKD 134.80, for a total consideration of HKD 14.99 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HKD 132.38 per share. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.

After the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 215.40 million to 215.29 million, representing a 0.05% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 2.62 million, leaving the total issued share count unchanged at 217.91 million.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 25 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 21.74 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.29 million shares, equivalent to 1.05% of the issued share capital on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 April 2026.
