TAT SENG PACKAGING GROUP LTD announced that its board composition will change effective Mar, 2 2026, following the retirement of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Loh See Moon.
The reconstituted board will consist of Executive Chairman Goi Seng Hui, and Non-Executive and Independent Directors Kong WeiLi, Tan Lye Heng Paul, and Chen Zhen.
The company said the memberships of its Nominating, Remuneration, and Audit and Risk committees will remain unchanged.
