Global Chinese Business Club (GCBC), formerly known as Affluent Foundation Holdings Limited, disclosed that its corporate website will shift from “www.hcho.com.hk” to “www.gcbc.cn” with effect from 29 October 2026.

All regulatory filings—including announcements, notices and other documents—submitted to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be simultaneously available on the new domain.

The change was approved by the Board of Directors and released in an exchange filing dated 28 October 2026. The Board currently comprises three executive directors—Zhou Zhenlin (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Peng Yunying and Guo Xianjiao—and three independent non-executive directors: Cheng Shing Yan, Tsoi Chi Hei and Zhou Wencan.
