Manus Reveals Revenue Run Rate of $90 Million

On August 20, at the Singapore Stripe Tour event, Ji Yichao (Peak), co-founder and Chief Scientist of AI Agent startup Manus, disclosed that the company's current Revenue Run Rate (RRR) has reached $90 million (approximately 54 million yuan).

RRR is a financial metric commonly used by high-growth companies, typically calculated by extrapolating revenue data from a specific time period into an annualized figure. For example, if a company achieves $5 million in revenue in June, its annual RRR would be $5 million × 12 = $60 million. For AI startups still in rapid expansion phases, this figure is often used to demonstrate potential growth velocity and market scale.

Ji Yichao did not disclose the specific calculation methodology for this figure, but if calculated based on monthly revenue, Manus would have approximately $7.5 million in monthly revenue. For the AI Agent sector, this represents a performance far above industry average for a company established less than three years ago.

Manus indicated that the company's revenue primarily comes from subscription-based services, which means the product has developed strong user retention and relatively stable cash flow.

However, industry experts caution that RRR does not equate to actual revenue, and its sustainability remains subject to market validation.

Furthermore, industry insiders point out that this scale provides Manus with stronger leverage in fundraising negotiations. In the next funding round, the company may be valued by capital markets based on expectations of "annual revenue exceeding $100 million."

Against the backdrop of intensifying AI commercialization competition, every move by Manus is being closely watched by the industry. The company's decision to relocate its headquarters to Singapore in July also attracted widespread attention and discussion.

Moving forward, the market will continue to evaluate whether the $90 million revenue run rate can translate into genuine, stable annual revenue, as well as Manus's expansion capabilities in the global market.
