Synertone Communication Corporation (1613) Announces Rights Issue Results with Approximately 9.71% Subscription

Synertone Communication Corporation (1613) announced the results of its Rights Issue, offered on the basis of two Rights Shares for each existing share recorded on the designated date. The company received valid applications for 87.12 million Rights Shares, representing about 9.71% of the total 897.48 million Rights Shares available. This resulted in an under-subscription of 810.36 million Rights Shares.

The gross proceeds of the Rights Issue totaled approximately 11.80 million HKD. After deducting related expenses, the net proceeds stood at around 10.80 million HKD, intended for general working capital and corporate purposes. Following completion, the company’s total share capital increased from 448.74 million to about 535.86 million shares.

Changes in shareholding indicate, among others, that Infinity Holding Resources Limited holds approximately 13.84% of the total shares, and Mr. Han Weining and his associated companies together own about 10.60%. Public shareholders account for the remaining shareholdings. Certificates for fully paid Rights Shares are scheduled for dispatch by ordinary post, with trading of these shares expected to commence on 20 February 2026.
