HUA HONG SEMI (01347) announced the following changes effective from October 31, 2025: Bai Peng, the company's executive director and president, has been appointed as chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and authorized representative. Tang Junjun has resigned as executive director, chairman of the board, and chairman of the nomination committee. Tang Junjun will also no longer serve as the company's authorized representative.
