Hesai Group (HSAI), a global leader in lidar solutions, saw its stock soar 5.03% in Tuesday's trading session following the release of its impressive third-quarter 2025 financial results. The company's performance exceeded expectations, prompting management to raise its full-year guidance.
For Q3 2025, Hesai reported net revenues of RMB795.4 million (US$111.7 million), representing a 47.5% year-over-year increase. The company's net income reached RMB256.2 million (US$36.0 million), a significant turnaround from a net loss in the same period last year. Notably, Hesai achieved its full-year net income target a quarter ahead of schedule.
The strong results were driven by robust demand for both ADAS and Robotics lidar products. Hesai maintained its leadership in the long-range automotive lidar market, capturing a 46% market share in August. The company also secured new design wins, including a high-end ETX lidar win with a top 3 domestic NEV automaker, and signed supply agreements with leading global autonomous driving companies. In light of these achievements, Hesai raised its full-year GAAP net income guidance to a range of RMB350 million to RMB450 million.
