Dexin Services Group Limited (2215) has announced a change in the date of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) from 10 March 2026 to 11 March 2026. Consequently, the book closure period has been updated to span from 6 March 2026 to 11 March 2026 (both dates inclusive).

To qualify for attending and voting at the EGM, share transfers must be lodged with the Hong Kong branch share registrar by 4:30 p.m. on 5 March 2026. The record date for voting rights is 11 March 2026. The company will dispatch the meeting circular, notice of the EGM, and proxy form in due course.
