Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. (002384.SZ) has announced that, as of November 6, 2026, the company had cumulatively repurchased 255,200 of its own shares through a dedicated securities repurchase account via centralized bidding, with the highest transaction price at 200.60 yuan per share and the lowest at 192.20 yuan per share, totaling 49.99 million yuan in transaction value (excluding trading fees).

Meanwhile, the company noted that on November 2, 2026, the central bank and the National Financial Regulatory Administration, among other authorities, issued a relending policy. The company will combine the buyback relending policy, its financial situation, and market trends to fully utilize policy tools and safeguard company value and the interests of its broad investor base through measures such as share repurchases.

Additionally, as of January 15, 2024, the company's 2023 share buyback plan had been fully implemented, with the company having cumulatively repurchased 1,588,800 shares through a dedicated securities repurchase account via centralized bidding, accounting for 0.093% of the company's total share capital at the time of repurchase implementation. Given that the remaining term of the aforementioned A-share repurchased shares is about to reach three years, the company plans to cancel all 1,588,800 A-share repurchased shares under that repurchase plan and correspondingly reduce its registered capital.
