STERLING GP (01825) has announced that the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited instructed two relevant directors, Ms. Wang Meihui and Mr. Zhong Guowei, to each complete 24 hours of training on regulatory and legal topics, as well as Listing Rules compliance matters. The Exchange also instructed one other relevant director, Mr. Xiao Yiming, to complete 21 hours of training. Written confirmation of full compliance with the directives has been provided to the Exchange, verifying that all three relevant directors have completed their respective training. The company further confirms that all three directors have fully complied with the training requirements as stated in the declaration.
