China Education Group Holdings Limited disclosed on 28 May 2026 that its Interim Report for FY2025/26 is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.chinaeducation.hk).

The board, represented by Executive Director Yu Kai, confirmed that the group has formally adopted an electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications in line with the HKEX Listing Rules (Rule 2.07) under the expanded paper-less regime effective 31 December 2023. Covered documents include directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong).

Key operational arrangements: • If a valid email address is provided, shareholders will receive electronic notifications whenever new corporate communications are posted online. • Absent a functional email address, shareholders will receive a postal notification of new uploads and will continue to obtain printed copies of “Actionable Corporate Communications” (those requiring shareholder response). • Any request for printed versions of future communications remains valid for twelve months from the date of receipt.
