FINGERTANGO (06860) announced that Mr. Zhou Yongyao has resigned from his positions as independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee due to other business commitments, effective August 25, 2025. On the same date, Mr. Ye Chuanghe has been appointed as independent non-executive director and chairman of both the audit committee and nomination committee.
