Khoon Group Limited issued an announcement dated 4 November 2025, detailing the composition of its Board and the roles of its Directors. The Board comprises one Executive Director, Ms. Tseung Choi Wing Queenie, and three Independent Non-Executive Directors (INEDs), namely Mr. Fok Wai Hung, Mr. So Chi Kai, and Ms. Fang Lihua Ruby.
The Audit Committee is chaired by Mr. So, with Mr. Fok and Ms. Fang as members. The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Mr. Fok, while Mr. So and Ms. Fang serve as members. The Nomination Committee is also chaired by Mr. Fok, and its members include Mr. So and Ms. Fang.
