According to information disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Fidelity International reduced its holding in CR Medical (01515) by 797,500 shares on February 11. The transaction was executed at a price of HK$3.1849 per share, amounting to a total value of approximately HK$2.54 million. Following this disposal, Fidelity International's latest shareholding stands at 90.3015 million shares, representing a 6.96% stake in the company. The transaction also involved other related parties: Pandanus Associates Inc. and Pandanus Partners L.P.
