WHARF HOLDINGS (00004) has announced that its Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr. James TANG Yat-sun, will retire by rotation at the company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 14, 2026. Mr. TANG will not seek re-election. Consequently, his tenure as a director of the company will conclude at the end of the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
