TONG REN TANG (01666) announced that at the company's Employee Representative Assembly held on August 15, 2025, Mr. Zhu Dongsheng was elected as an employee director of the company's ninth Board of Directors. His term will take effect from the date when the constitutional amendment is approved by the special shareholders' meeting and will terminate at the end of the current Board of Directors' term. He may be re-elected upon expiration of his term.
