Payments firm BILL Holdings BILL.N is exploring a sale, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters on Tuesday, as it faces pressure from activist investors. Shares of the company — which has a market capitalization of $4.66 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG — rose 13% in overnight trading.

CoreWeave rebound 3% in overnight trading after tumbled 16% on Tuesday. The cloud computing company reported a narrower loss and better revenue than analysts were expecting, but warned that a partner was behind schedule in data center development. While CoreWeave said AI demand "far exceeds" available capacity, its revenue guidance for 2025 came in well below the Wall Street consensus.

Oklo's loss widened in the third quarter as the company spent more on research and development to advance its plans to launch a commercial nuclear energy plant. Shares were up 1% in overnight trading.

Nvidia rebound 1% in overnight trading after falling 3% after Japan's SoftBank said it had sold its $5.83 billion stake in the AI chip maker. The sale is pretty insignificant when set against Nvidia's $4.8 trillion market cap, but it could fuel worries about stretched AI valuations in the run-up to earnings on Nov. 19.

Stellantis shares tumbled 11% in overnight trading. Westwater Resources announced that it paused debt syndication after Stellantis subsidiary terminated its offtake agreement.
