HUABAO INTL (00336) announced that Mr. Xia Liqun, the company's executive director, vice chairman and president, will cease to serve as one of the authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from August 29, 2025. The board of directors further announced that executive director Ms. Cai Wenxia has been appointed as authorized representative, with immediate effect.
