WAH FU EDUCATION GROUP LTD leapt 14.39% on reports of a strategic U.S. investment, and IONQ Inc. rallied 10.06% following a quantum-computing pact with a major cloud provider. Tesla Motors gained 1.35% on battery-production progress. On the downside, Zk International Group Co. Ltd. fell 11.48% after a guidance cut, MicroSectors Gold Miners 3x Leveraged ETN slid 9.48% as bullion prices retreated, Shengfeng Development Limited dropped 7.20% on a share-sale plan, and Xiao I Corp declined 7.01% amid profit-taking.
