SunCorp Technologies Limited on 30 April 2026 issued printed copies of the following documents to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications:

• 2025 Annual Report • Circular dated 30 April 2026 • Notice of Annual General Meeting • Form of Proxy

Shareholders may change their preferred mode of receipt—printed or electronic—at any time and at no cost. To do so, they should complete Part B of the accompanying Instruction Slip and return it to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via:

Additional Instruction Slips are available on request from the Branch Share Registrar.
