Hello electric vehicle rental service stated it has limited the speed of its e-bikes to 25 km/h in accordance with national standards. On March 15, after being named in the "3.15" Gala report, Hello's customer service responded, expressing deep apologies and confirming that rectifications have been completed as required. The company has implemented the national speed limit standard and strengthened speed monitoring to ensure compliance.
According to media reports, Hello's customer service also stated that the company has taken note of the related "3.15" Gala coverage. Senior management is treating the matter with high priority and has immediately established a special task force to conduct a comprehensive overnight self-inspection and implement corrective measures. Regarding the specific issues raised, the company plans to release a detailed announcement via its official app and other channels.
The CCTV finance report exposed that on various live-streaming platforms, e-commerce hosts have been vigorously promoting electric bicycles for rent. Multiple hosts openly violated national regulations during their broadcasts by boasting that their products exceeded national standards and offered extremely high speeds.
The investigation revealed that not only small local rental shops, but also well-known chain brands were renting out e-bikes that violated national standards. Hello is a leading brand in the e-bike rental industry, with its website claiming a presence in over 100 cities with more than 5,000 locations. A visit by a CCTV reporter to a Hello rental store found staff claiming their e-bikes could reach speeds of up to 75 km/h.
In response to the sale of "exosome aesthetic projects," So Young stated that these items have been delisted. During the evening of March 15, the "3.15" Gala highlighted irregularities in the exosome aesthetic market, noting that no exosome-based drugs have been approved for market launch in China. The So Young mini-program had previously listed the "Qiaoluoshi AR Exosome Project" for sale, directing customers to offline aesthetic institutions.
So Young indicated that all exosome-related projects have now been removed. A subsequent search by a reporter using the keyword "exosome" on both the So Young mini-program and app confirmed that the related listings were no longer available.
The "3.15" Gala report also pointed out that "exosome" products have become highly popular in the recent aesthetic market. National authorities impose strict regulatory requirements on exosomes; their components are prohibited from being added to Class II medical devices, and no such products have received market approval.
Furthermore, the exposé revealed that the issues are not limited to unauthorized production, illegal additives, and improper sales. Some companies in the market are also engaging in false advertising, claiming their "exosome" products not only offer beauty and anti-aging benefits but are even exaggerated to treat various diseases.
