According to recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on October 22, shareholders of DATANG ENVIRO (01272) transferred shares from HSBC (Hong Kong) to Bank of China (Hong Kong), with a total transfer value of HKD 48.96 million, accounting for 6.54% of the company. Previously, DATANG ENVIRO reported interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, showing revenue of RMB 2.408 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 7.5%; net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 284 million, a decrease of 29.05%; and basic earnings per share of RMB 0.1.
