SharpLink Gaming(SBET.US) Surges 152% Monthly, Emerges as World's Largest Corporate Ethereum Holder

Stock Track
15 Jul

SharpLink Gaming (SBET.US) continued its eye-catching rally on Tuesday, climbing over 4% intraday to extend its monthly surge to 152%. The cryptocurrency-focused stock cemented its status as the Ethereum equivalent of MicroStrategy by announcing it now holds 280,706 Ethereum tokens - making it the world's largest corporate holder of the cryptocurrency as of July 13, 2025.

This positions them ahead of other corporate accumulators in the digital asset space. Between July 7 and July 13, the company aggressively expanded its holdings, acquiring 74,656 Ethereum at a weighted average price of $2,852 per token.

The timing coincides with renewed vigor in cryptocurrency markets. Ethereum itself breached the psychologically significant $3,000 barrier on July 11, hitting its highest level in nearly five months amid the current cryptocurrency bull run. SharpLink's strategic accumulation during this bullish phase demonstrates confidence in Ethereum's long-term value proposition while capitalizing on market momentum.
