Antengene-B (ASX: 06996) has announced that Mr. Cao Yang and Mr. Huang Weichao have resigned from their positions as Co-Company Secretaries, effective June 10, 2026.
Mr. Cao Yang will continue to serve as the Group's Vice President, responsible for capital market operations.
Ms. Liu Ying and Ms. Lin Qianxi have been appointed as Co-Company Secretaries of the company, succeeding Mr. Cao Yang and Mr. Huang Weichao, with the appointments also taking effect from June 10, 2026.
