OOIL Reports 7.6% Drop in Q1 Route Revenue, Despite 1.7% Increase in Total Cargo Volume

OOIL (00316) announced its unaudited operational summary for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. Route revenue decreased by 7.6% compared to the same period last year, amounting to US$2.138 billion. Total cargo volume increased by 1.7%, while transport capacity rose by 4.3%. The overall load factor fell by 2.1% compared to the first quarter of 2025, and the average revenue per TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) declined by 9.1% year-on-year.
