Bulletin Express
Jun 08

Shanghai Sunmi Technology Co., Ltd. (“SUNMI Technology”) announced on 9 June 2026 that it has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paper-less listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, documents such as annual and interim reports, financial summaries, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms will be published simultaneously in English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.sunmi.com) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched automatically.

Non-registered shareholders—those holding SUNMI Technology H-shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—are advised to provide their email addresses to these intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of notification when new documents are posted online.

Shareholders who prefer hard-copy materials may complete and return the reply form provided or email sunmi.ecom@computershare.com.hk to request printed versions. The H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, will handle such requests.

The notice was issued by Chairman, Executive Director and General Manager Mr. Lin Zhe on behalf of the Board.
