Laopu Gold Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 6181) has released an announcement regarding key corporate matters to be decided at its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on November 18, 2025. The agenda includes the proposed election of a new session of its Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee, an interim profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025, the adoption of a dividend policy, and planned amendments to the Articles of Association.

According to the announcement, the Company intends to elect seven directors for the third session of the Board and three supervisors for the new session of the Supervisory Committee. Shareholders will also vote on a proposed interim dividend of RMB9.59 per share (tentatively totaling around RMB1,656 million) for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The new Dividend Policy, which aims to provide consistent returns to shareholders, will be subject to shareholder approval alongside these nominations and the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association.
