On September 24, a financial news alert reported that according to the administrative penalty information disclosure table from the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, Bank of China Limited (ASX: 601988) Zhengzhou Free Trade Zone Branch was fined 300,000 yuan by the Henan Financial Regulatory Bureau for issuing personal loans with false purposes.
Bank of China Limited (ASX: 601988) Zhengzhou Culture Branch was also fined 300,000 yuan by the Henan Financial Regulatory Bureau for issuing personal loans with false purposes.
Zhang Xianli, then director of the business department at Bank of China (ASX: 03988) Zhengzhou Culture Branch, received a warning for issuing personal loans with false purposes.
