TL NATURAL GAS (08536) announced on November 3, 2025, that the company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Huate Power (China) Co., Ltd. (Huate Power) and Shui Yang to establish a joint venture. The joint venture will focus on the management and operation of methanol-hydrogen fuel cell off-grid power supply systems and liquid-cooled supercharging stations (including but not limited to operational and under-construction projects) developed and deployed nationwide by Shenzhen Supercomputing Power Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Huate Power.

According to the MoU, the proposed joint venture will be 51% owned by TL NATURAL GAS, 24.5% by Huate Power, and 24.5% by Shui Yang. Further details regarding the business plan and the establishment of the joint venture will be disclosed upon the execution of a formal agreement.

TL NATURAL GAS primarily engages in the sales of compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG), as well as providing transportation services in China. The board believes that the proposed joint venture will enable the group to enter the power charging market, thereby generating additional revenue streams.
