Laopu Gold Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 11.95 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Key dates • Shareholders will vote on the payout on 8 May 2026. • The shares will trade ex-dividend on 12 May 2026. • The share register will close from 14 May to 19 May 2026, with 19 May 2026 set as the record date. • Dividend payments are scheduled for 8 July 2026.
