SOUTH MANGANESE (01091) announced that Zhang Yi, the current Chairman of the Board, Executive Director and Vice President of the company, will resign from his positions as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director effective October 10, 2025, in order to devote more time to his other business commitments, but will continue to serve as Vice President of the company. Executive Director Zhang He will be appointed as Chairman of the Board effective October 10, 2025. An Wei will be appointed as Executive Director of the company, effective October 10, 2025. The Board further announces the following changes to the composition of board committees, effective October 10, 2025: (i) following Zhang Yi's resignation from his directorship, Zhang Yi will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; and (ii) Xu Xiang, Executive Director of the company, will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
