According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 19, a shareholder of QUANTUM THINK (08050) transferred shares from KGI Asia Securities to BOCOM International Securities, with a transfer market value of HK$185 million, representing 39.52%. QUANTUM THINK and the offeror Hong Kong Cool Select Group Limited jointly announced that on August 18, 2025, the offeror entered into a share purchase agreement with the vendor Happy On Holdings Limited. The offeror intends to purchase approximately 985 million shares from the vendor, representing approximately 72.64% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of the joint announcement, for a total consideration of HK$56.2922 million (equivalent to approximately HK$0.05714 per sale share).
