CATL Shareholders Deposit HK$39.15 Billion Worth of Stock with HSBC

A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange revealed that on April 30, shareholders of CATL deposited shares with The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. The deposited shares have a market value of HK$39.15 billion, representing 40.01% of the company's issued share capital.
In a separate announcement, CATL disclosed the successful issuance of its second green technology innovation medium-term note for 2026 on April 29. The bond, with the short name "26 CATL MTN002 (Tech Innovation Bond)," raised a total of RMB 5 billion. The proceeds from the issuance were received on April 30. The bond carries an issuance interest rate of 1.57%.
