Yum China Executes Share Buyback, Spending Millions in Dual-Currency Transactions

Yum China Holdings, Inc. has announced the completion of share repurchase transactions on July 21, 2026.

The company allocated approximately HK$7.8567 million to repurchase 22,600 of its own shares on the Hong Kong exchange. The purchase price for these shares ranged between HK$343.00 and HK$350.40 per share.

In a separate transaction on the same day, the company also utilized around $3.2097 million to buy back 74,300 shares, with the repurchase price per share falling between $42.70 and $43.89.
