SHANGHAI PECHEM (00338) has announced the election of Mr. Qin Zhaohui, the company's current employee director (non-executive director), as an employee director of the twelfth board of directors. Mr. Qin will form the twelfth board together with non-employee directors to be elected at the 2025 annual general meeting. His term will commence from the date of election of the non-employee directors at the shareholders' meeting and will continue until the expiration of the twelfth board's tenure.
