Flowco Holdings Inc. (NYSE: FLOC) saw its shares surge 7.94% in pre-market trading on Tuesday following the release of its fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results. The company, which recently went public in January 2025, reported solid growth and performance across its business segments.

For the fourth quarter of 2024, Flowco reported revenue of $186 million and net income of $22.3 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter came in at $73.8 million, representing a strong 39.7% adjusted EBITDA margin. The full year 2024 results were equally impressive, with revenue reaching $535.3 million, net income of $80.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $223.7 million.

Joe Bob Edwards, President and CEO of Flowco, commented on the results, stating, "2024 was a transformational year for Flowco. Our year-over-year revenue and EBITDA growth underscores our ability to grow in an industry where our customers are continuously focused on production and capital efficiency." Edwards also highlighted the company's differentiation through its vertically integrated manufacturing operations and U.S.-based supply chain as competitive advantages in an uncertain geopolitical environment.

The company's strong performance was driven by growth in both of its operating segments. The Production Solutions segment, which includes high pressure gas lift and plunger lift technologies, saw Q4 2024 revenue increase 1.5% quarter-over-quarter to $113.3 million. The Natural Gas Technologies segment, focused on vapor recovery and natural gas systems, reported Q4 2024 revenue of $72.7 million, despite a slight decrease due to the completion of a large customer project.

Investors appear to be reacting positively to Flowco's first earnings report as a public company, following its successful IPO in January. The company's strong margins and focus on production optimization in the oil and natural gas industry seem to be resonating with the market, as evidenced by the pre-market stock price surge.
