Management Reshuffle at China COSCO Shipping Group

Comrade Lin Ji has been appointed as Director, General Manager, and Deputy Party Secretary of China COSCO Shipping Group Co., Ltd. Comrade Zhu Bixin has been relieved of his positions as Director, General Manager, and Deputy Party Secretary of the Group. These appointments and removals will be processed according to relevant laws and corporate charter provisions.

Public records indicate that Lin Ji was born in April 1970 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. He has long been employed within the COSCO Shipping system and previously held the position of Chairman at COSCO Shipping (Europe) Co., Ltd. In June 2022, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of the Group, a role he held until this recent promotion. According to the company's official profile, COSCO Shipping ranked 212th on the Fortune Global 500 list in 2025, holding the top position among global shipping enterprises.
