BANK OF GANSU (02139) announced that the bank has recently received approval from the Gansu Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. The Gansu Financial Regulatory Bureau has approved the qualifications of Mr. Liu Jian as the bank's non-executive director, and Mr. Li Zongyi and Mr. Qiu Yongpan as the bank's independent non-executive directors. Mr. Liu Jian has assumed the position of non-executive director of the bank, while Mr. Li Zongyi and Mr. Qiu Yongpan have assumed the positions of independent non-executive directors. Their terms of office commence from September 19, 2025 (the date when their qualifications were approved) until the expiry of the bank's fourth board of directors' term, and they may be re-elected upon the expiry of their terms.
