Pan Asia Environmental Protection Group Limited released a supplemental circular, an accompanying supplemental notice, and a revised proxy form for its Annual General Meeting scheduled for 8 June 2026 at 3:00 p.m., 22/F, Euro Trade Centre, 13–14 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

The English and Chinese versions of these documents have been uploaded to the company’s website (www.paep.com.cn) and to HKEX’s news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders may: • Access the documents online; or • Request free printed copies—English, Chinese or bilingual—by completing and returning the enclosed form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 556-ecom@vistra.com.

If non-registered holders prefer to receive all future corporate communications electronically, they should provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is supplied, such shareholders will continue to receive only printed notifications of online publication.
