SMARTONE TELE (00315) announced its annual results for the 2024/2025 fiscal year. The group achieved revenue of HK$6.253 billion, representing a 0.52% year-over-year increase. Profit attributable to shareholders reached HK$478.9 million, up 1.87% compared to the previous year. Earnings per share stood at HK 43.5 cents, with a proposed final dividend of HK 17.5 cents per share.

During the 2024-25 financial year, SmarTone maintained stable performance with shareholder profit of HK$478 million (excluding one-off items), representing a 2% annual growth. Core service revenue, monthly plan ARPU, and 5G service penetration remained relatively stable, while growth drivers continued to fuel returns - particularly the 5G home broadband service with 18% year-over-year EBITDA growth, and consumer overseas roaming data business with 5.5% annual growth.

Through targeted efficiency enhancement programs and artificial intelligence-driven productivity improvements, operating expenses decreased by 4% year-over-year, while core capital expenditure also declined by 10% annually. These achievements further demonstrate the company's commitment to maintaining sound financial discipline and continuous value creation.
