PARKSON GROUP (03368) has announced that on March 13, 2026, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, the tenant Mianyang Fuling Parkson Plaza Co., Ltd., entered into a renewal agreement with the landlord, Sichuan Mianyang Fuling Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., to extend the lease for the Mianyang property. The tenant has been leasing the premises for its retail operations since 1998. Under the new agreement, the parties have agreed to renew the lease for a term of ten years, commencing on October 25, 2027. The property, consisting of the first and second floors located at No. 17 Anchang Road, Fucheng District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, China, has a total gross floor area of approximately 19,800 square meters.
