SMART CITY DEV (08268) announced that it has completed the disposal of all equity interest in Colton Ventures Limited. Following the fulfillment of all prerequisite conditions under the sale and purchase agreement, the disposal transaction was completed on September 15, 2025 (the completion date). Upon completion, the Company no longer holds any interest in the target company.
