CDAYENONFER (00661) has announced an expected significant decrease in profit for the group compared to the previous fiscal year. The board attributes the projected substantial profit reduction for the year ending December 31, 2025, primarily to a sharp decline in smelting processing fees. This was caused by the dual impact of accelerated concentrated releases of domestic and international smelting capacity and tight copper concentrate supply, which significantly narrowed profit margins for its subsidiary smelting and processing operations. Consequently, the board forecasts revenue of approximately RMB 66.051 billion for the 2025 fiscal year (2024: RMB 57.853 billion), representing a year-on-year increase of about 14.17%. Annual profit is expected to be around RMB 5.37 million (2024: RMB 9.596 million), a decrease of approximately 44.04% compared to the prior year.
