Sky Blue 11 Company Limited (Stock code: 1010) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 26 February 2026. The meeting will address the unaudited second interim results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025. It will also consider a possible recommendation on the payment of a second interim dividend.
According to the announcement, the Board is comprised of two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, including Executive Directors Ms. Li Weina and Mr. Phen Chun Shing Vincent, and Independent Non-executive Directors Ms. Ching Ching, Mr. Wong Xiang Hong, and Mr. Chan Ting Leuk Arthur.
