On 23 February 2026, CENTRAL CHINA MANAGEMENT (9982) revealed key changes to its Board of Directors. Ms. Dong Xiaochun has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, as well as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee. Ms. Dong, aged 57, holds degrees in literature, accounting, and economics, and has more than 30 years of cross-sector experience in financial regulation, banking, asset management, and academia.
Additionally, Mr. Xu Ying, an Independent Non-Executive Director, was redesignated as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. In parallel, Mr. Liu Dianchen, another Independent Non-Executive Director, assumed memberships in both the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
These appointments enable the company to restore compliance with Listing Rules 3.10, 3.21, 3.25, and 3.27A, fulfilling requirements on the number and composition of independent non-executive directors, as well as the structure and leadership of board committees. The company noted that all changes took effect on 23 February 2026, and each appointee’s remuneration terms have been established with reference to duties, responsibilities, and prevailing market conditions.
