EDVANCE INTL (01410) has announced a strategic cooperation agreement regarding the joint development and operation of an AI agent platform, along with plans to establish the platform business in Singapore. The company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Singapore, Paradise Matrix Pte. Ltd., has engaged a service provider registered in Singapore, CWG Innovations Pte. Ltd., to collaborate with the group on developing the integrated AI agent platform, RealRelay.ai.
The platform is intended to offer multiple vertical-specific AI agents for cybersecurity through a subscription-based model. Building on the progress achieved in developing the platform, on September 22, 2026, Paradise Matrix and CWG, as the platform's operator, formally entered into a strategic cooperation agreement that clearly defines the division of responsibilities. Leveraging the group's expertise in cybersecurity product distribution, the group's primary role in this collaboration is to commercialize the platform so it can generate subscription fee revenue in the future. CWG will handle the platform's day-to-day operations, maintenance, management, and administrative matters.
Per the agreement's terms, all intellectual property developed or created exclusively for the platform and related to cybersecurity vertical AI agents belongs to and is solely owned by the group. Both parties have further agreed that the vertical AI agents the platform may offer can extend to applications in education and any other areas that might be explored in the future. The platform will operate out of Singapore, which will serve as the group's base for promoting it across ASEAN, complementing the business of the group's Hong Kong headquarters. The partners will initially concentrate on the Singapore market, with plans to expand into other ASEAN markets.
RealRelay.ai is being developed as an integrated AI agent platform aimed at helping enterprises and institutions create, govern, and deploy AI agents without needing to write code. The platform integrates over 300 mainstream third-party AI models through a single interface and features smart routing to select the appropriate model for each task. It supports deployment configurations across cloud, on-premises, and isolated network environments, allowing customers to retain their own keys and connect their local models. Users can describe required functions in natural language to build, publish, and share customized agents, and the platform is expected to support agent trading, enabling users to offer developed agents to others at suitable times.
The board believes the group's continued collaboration with CWG under the agreement could deliver several benefits. First, a more diversified revenue structure: subscription- and usage-based income generated through the group's maintained customer relationships and vertical-specific intellectual property could complement the distribution and service revenue of its current operations, potentially improving earnings visibility and shareholder returns. Second, participation in the agent AI market: the group's cybersecurity expertise, enterprise customer base, and AI cybersecurity technology center are expected to complement CWG's ongoing platform development and operational capabilities. The board believes this collaboration allows the group to bring native AI products to market in a more timely manner and at lower development costs, without having to build the platform itself. Third, a favorable policy environment in Singapore: the initial focus on developing the Singapore market is based on the company's knowledge of the Singapore government's policy announced in January 2026, which commits over SGD 1 billion to its National AI R&D Program between 2025 and 2030. It is also understood that students enrolled in Singapore's higher education institutions will be required to complete compulsory modules covering foundational AI skills starting from the 2027 academic year. These developments are believed to drive institutional and corporate demand in both cybersecurity and education.
