The Vessel Sales and Newbuild segment includes trading of vessels and newbuild. The Company offers offshore renewable solutions, marine and port agency, marine and offshore project logistics, offshore rig services, procurement and logistics management, shipbuilding and repair, marine salvage and oil-spill response, and heavy equipment sale and rental. The Company’s subsidiary is Kim Heng Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd (KHOM).
