SINGAPORE — Tiger Brokers Singapore has been named Best Personal Investment Platform at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2026, recognising a breakthrough year for the platform in Singapore and its growing appeal among self-directed investors. The award follows Tiger Brokers' recent recognition as one of CNBC and Statista's's World's Top Fintech Companies of 2026, capping a run of industry accolades for the platform.
This milestone comes on the back of a record year for the business. In 2025, net profit rose 96% year-on-year and trading orders increased 52%, both reaching all-time highs.
Most recently, Tiger Brokers saw its total trading volume further reaching a record high in Q2'26, up 92% YoY with active trading accounts growing for the tenth consecutive year in Singapore, underscoring the platform's ability to attract new clients while sustaining engagement across an expanding base.
At a time when investor attention is increasingly difficult to earn, Tiger Brokers distinguished itself by delivering a strong return on that attention through tools, education and insights.
Central to that success is Tiger Brokers' focus on making investing easier and more accessible. Through the Tiger Trade app, clients can access stocks, ETFs, options, futures, bonds and funds across multiple global markets from a single account, while integrated market data, news, community features and educational resources reduce much of the complexity traditionally associated with investing.
In July 2025, Tiger Brokers widened access further by introducing Central Provident Fund (CPF) and Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) trading capabilities, allowing eligible clients to invest their retirement savings through the platform. The breadth of the offering and its intuitive experience helped Tiger Brokers maintain a 98% customer retention rate in 2025.
Investment in decision-support tools reinforced that momentum. Following the February 2025 upgrade of TigerAI with the DeepSeek-R1 model, use of the platform's AI investment assistant rose sharply — monthly user interactions increased 83% and monthly active users grew 54% over the following three months. Alongside TigerAI, financial literacy platform Tiger Academy, community discussions, webinars and market insights give users multiple ways to build knowledge, test strategies and navigate markets with greater confidence.
Tiger Brokers has also extended its offering beyond investing. Tiger Vault, a cash management solution for idle cash, and the Tiger BOSS Debit Card, which rewards spending with fractional shares, enable clients to keep more of their cash within the Tiger ecosystem while retaining the flexibility to invest or spend as needed. Annual spending volume on the card increased nearly 40% year-on-year in 2025, with total cardholders growing 22% in the latest Q2'26, signifying how this integrated approach is resonating with customers.
Concurrently, Tiger Brokers continues to strengthen its brand presence by integrating its customer touchpoints into local lifestyle scenes to deepen engagement with the younger audiences.
"This recognition reflects the trust our clients place in us and the work of the team behind the platform. Our focus has always been on giving self-directed investors the tools, education and access they need to invest with confidence — and we're honoured that Euromoney has recognised that commitment." said Ian Leong, CEO, Tiger Brokers Singapore.
